Widener's / Frustrated.

Put in an order for in stock bullets on the 4th. They charged my credit card on the 7th. Still shows "Processing" on the website. I emailed about a week ago to ask what's going on. I know the main page is saying 8-10 days to process orders, but this is getting ridiculous. After about 6 attempts to call and getting only a busy signal, I finally got to be put on hold this morning. 33 minutes on hold so far....

Took 55 minutes, but I got through. She said I should have my bullets by now. I agreed. She's going to check and call me back.

Have you called these guys?

Seriously that is a downer man. Everything I've ordered from those guys (and an order for loaded ammo and components two weeks ago) has shown up in good time. I really think the shortage scene is coming back.

I've always had luck with them. Hope this is just their one screw-up of the year; sorry it happened to you ZS.

I ordered 3 P6 mags and it took 6 days to process. Not bad, but not great either.

I've always had good luck w/ Widener's. Sometimes things just slip thru the cracks. They probably heard you were a friend of Jack's & that was enough.

Well, at least she called back. My bullets are in Greensboro, North Carolina. Apparently, they're shipping them from Tennessee to Colorado taking the long way around the Earth.

My experience with Widener's was very favorable. All the bullets were shipped very promptly.

At least you are getting your money's worth out of your shipping charge.

I have only used them once, but shipping was awfully slow. If I remember correctly the website still said processing the day I got my bullets in the mail.

The ordering process was slow, but I got a good product for a good price so I guess it was worth it.

Widener's does not have the most efficient website and their shipping status does not move. My last order I received still shows "Processing"

I have found Widener's to usually be a good bang for your buck supplier and they are backlogged now about 8-10 days. I guess that must be a pretty good problem to have these days in this economy. I've used Widener's before and they always came through, just not really fast. On some items I find their bang for the buck a little bit better than any other supplier and go with them. Also, when I had to deal with them regarding my Illinois (totally violates the 2nd amendment) FOID card they were pleasant to deal with and there were no problems.

They cancelled my primer order.

No problem though, I'll buy something else. Much love for Wideners!
