Palmetto State Armory new phone bank system
I have been dealing with them a lot in the last 3 months and their new customer service system is a lot better....answering phones and getting orders out faster. This is from the AR Forum............

PSA has been nothing but a sheer joy to deal with. Mom and pop company that exploded overnight, a couple minor growing pains, which is expected. Good stuff and I am a customer until they prove otherwise

My only complaint is they don't carry anti walk pins. I always use their complete MOE lower parts kits but have to order my anti walk pins from Brownells. I much rather spend all my money in one spot. I spoke to them today on the phone about a kit I have on order and they were very friendly and let me know my order will ship before this weekend.

Do you just toss the anti-walk pins on every build?

I just ordered a kit from PSA, still waiting it should be here tomorrow, and they are really hard to get on the phone. I guess that they are very, very busy, but when I finally got through to them they were very friendly and helpful. If I ever get some more money I'm gonna do some more business with these folks. Thanks PSA.

Better buy their uppers while you can, it can't be long before they raise the prices. Cold hammer forged barrels and HP tested bolts can't stay that cheap forever...

They are selling complete rifles at a ridiculous rate right now and it's a matter of time before they put their parts kits out of stock to keep up with the parts demand to build their complete rifles so do as I did......I ordered 3 parts kit Monday morning

I've ordered a few kits from them, they've always been great. It's nice they're investing more on CS. I think this last lower build kit shipped in 2 days.

Yeah, I ordered some XM193 from them and I had a hard time getting ahold of anybody on the phone. I found that they are much better with email responses. Good company though.

I got my kit in today and put it togeather on a Surplus Arms ($59.00) lower receiver. All the parts fit without incident, and the gun works with no malfunctions. I am very pleased with Palmetto State and if the opportunity ever presents itself again I will buy another kit from them. I highly recommend them to all.

PSA considered mid to upper tier?
Also, anyone have any idea when their complete rifles will be in stock? I see they have the $1,199 patrol rifle in; I know that's a solid deal, but I don't want/need the optic.
Should have grabbed one when they were $699.
I guess give them a call?
