I finally got my flattop upper for my AR and now I would like to get a rear flip up sight for when I take my optic off it. What sight do you guys recomend that will work with my factory A3 front sight. By the way I know very little about AR's. Thanks in advance.

Currently I have the Magpul Rear flip-up sight, it works great for a starter sight but I do plan on geting a Troy Industries Rear sight to replace the Magpul when I get some extra money to invest.

I use a Troy Industries Battlesight. It costs more than many, but it is very sturdy.

I use the Magpul MBUS flip up front and rear on my Colt. May swap out to something else after I get my Aimpoint, but definitely getting an optic first.

For a standard A frame front sight, the matech flip up rears are pretty good. I have one on my issued rifle and its been sturdy for 6+ years.

I purchased a Troy folding battle site - excellent product if a little expensive. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for.

Perfect co-witness with Eotech if you want to keep it up. Actually used my Troy site to get rough dial in on the Eotech at home - just moved the red center to match iron sites.

Thanks for the info guys. I just bought a Matech on Ebay. I thought it would work well with my Optic that I have.
