1. Which model(s) do you own? G17 Gen 4 (early release)

2. Which fits your situation:
E. I had ejection problems, I fixed it, and now it rocks.
3. Notes/comments regarding your situation and your thoughts on this issue.

I called glock to replace the rsa. after 100 rounds. Same issues such as brass to the head or it trickling out of the side or just getting caught up. Waited till I found someone on GT selling 3rd gen ejector and ordered a lwd extractor with bearing. So far so good. Good luck on this quest...

I have one of each, the model 19 and the 26, both are Gen4.
They both have digested any ammo I feed it and both have had 0, FTF and 0, FTE.
Can't say that about my Springfield Armory XDm though.
It has a hiccup every once in a while.
1 in every 50 rnds.
No real big deal to me at least.

My Glock 19 Gen 4 has over 500 rounds through it, and I've only had (1) FTE which was in the first 500 rounds. I just picked up a Glock 21 Gen 4 yesterday, and haven't had a chance to get to the range yet.

G19 Gen 4 :
2000 rds, ~5 FTF/FTEs (UMC,PMC wally-world ammo)

G30 Gen 4:
same results

bought them both 3 months ago and shot them at least twice weekly since...

Gen 4 G19 purchased about a month ago.
WWB - about 120 rounds fired in 1st visit to range.
Spent cartridges bounce off my head about every 5th round.
Hoping it smooths out.

I have a Gen 4 G17. I've put about 300 rounds through it with no malfunctions or problems whatsoever. I was admonished, however, when I bought it, to use only 124gr or heavier 9mm ammo for the first 200 rounds. Its been 100% with Winchester 124gr FMJ NATO spec and Winchester 127gr +p+.

Gen 4 17, no problems
Gen 4 21, no problems.

Looking forward to replacing my Gen3 (or just getting the gen4 versions and keeping the Gen3) 34 and 26.

I have a G26 gen4 got it over a year ago, a few hundred flawless rounds with perfect ejection.
I also just got a brand new G22 gen4 and have 350 flawless rounds with perfect ejection through that too.

I own a gen 3 19, and a gen 3 26. Sold the 26 for the gen 4 26.

Have zero problems with it so far.

Shot a hundred rounds out of it rapid fire. 50 from me, and 50 from my wife. Zero problems. Hits point of aim. Honestly, (after I polished everything up and threw in a lighter connector with tungsten guide rod) she shot just like every other Glock I've shot in the past. (1st gen 17, 3rd gen 27,19,26,22,23,29sf,&30) They all shoot the same in my eyes.
Can't complain. I like this gun soo much I'm tempted to get another. And with the 15 rnd mags w/ grip sleeve, this gun can get put in situations, and hang with its bigger brother. It's truly a "do-it-all" firearm. Imo, I couldn't have designed a better gun if I tried. This is a tool that I can do anything with, and stake a hundred percent confidence in. Not a lot of tools like that in this world.

I have 4 Gen 4s: 3 flawless, one has ejection-to-face issues.

Glock 26 Gen 4 - fire date 9/2011: NO PROBLEMS

Glock 17 Gen 4 FDE - fire date 3/2012: NO PROBLEMS

Glock 19 Gen 4 - fire date 1/2012: NO PROBLEMS

Glock 19 Gen 4 FDE - fire date 3/2012 (bought same day as my G17 FDE): Brass shoots back at my eyes or lands on my head - yes it has the newest extractor, ejector and RSA - its fire date was last month. Its the worst with Federal 115gr red box (which works fine in all my other "updated" Gen 4s). Its baffling the QC issues that Glock is having. I didnt believe it until this past month when I go this one. BUT BUT BUT, it doesnt have any FTF or FTE and is still pretty damn accurate and I would still bet mylife on it working - its just a pain in the ass to shoot...

Gen 4 22 factory test fired on April 10th. (brand new). Zero issues, although low round count (270). Perfect ejection, very accurate out of the box, love the gun. This is my 4th Glock (17, 19, 21,) but my first Gen 4. Sorry to here others have had some issues and things they don't like, but for me it was just what I expected. 100% reliable and accurate. Shoots like a Glock.
