Good to see you Bruno!

Is that a new pup? Or a pup pic of your current dog?

I guess I don't really have any pics of her "playing" because I'm usually too lazy to get my camera, but also because she does a lot of butt tucking and that makes me laugh way to hard to get pictures of. If you don't know what butt tucking is, search for videos...it's amazing. It's also dangerous, if you have/see a lab butt tucking, MOVE.

She had just chased a rabbit away from my pear tree. Now she was going back to guard it and sniff everywhere that the rabbit was sitting.

Getting wet outside. And yes, this is really wet for her considering how much she hates water...

100% AKC. He's a rescue. Lived the 1st 4 yrs of his life as a stud
in a puppy mill. Spent his whole life in a cage except for when he
was let out to breed. When it was shut down, we got him from the
shelter he was given too. His undercoat was gone, he was eat up with
fleas, ticks and ear mites. He didn't know love and had never petted
or handled that much. He didn't know when a person was talking to
him. Took us a year to nurse him back to physical, mental and emotional
health. He still has some nuerosis'. I love to shoot but those scum let neighbors brats shoot at him with bb guns when he was caged and the site
of a gun nearly gives him a heart attack. A pistol don't bother him unless
it fires. I only shoot when his mommy takes him with her someplace.
After about a year, it was like all of a sudden someone turned on a light
in his head. I came home for work one day and instead of having to go
get him and take him out to pee, he met me at the door and jumped up
on me to be petted. When I brought him back after our walk and went
to my chair and sat down, he jumped in my lap and curled up and laid
down. When my wife got home from work, she called him and he ran
to her and did her the same way. After that, he's in one of our laps nearly
all the time and has become real protective of my wife. It really was
strange. Almost like someone switched dogs on us while we were at
work that day. Now, he plays, he sleeps with us, he talks to us with
barks and expressions. We love him like no other dog we've ever had.
I'd love to get my hands on the lowlife scum that had him. They'd wish
to God they'd never been born How anyone could be so
cruel to a little bundle of love like Buddy, I'll never understand.
Take care,
Dano
