AR Pistol with a stock ?

O.K well I have a question, currently I am looking at adding a stock to a 9mm AR style pistol, specifically a Bushmaster Carbon 15.

So would this be regarded as a SBR or something else namely an AOW and what would be the correct procedure for doing this?

Thanks for the answers....

You'd be manufacturing a SBR, so you'd need an approved Form 1 before proceeding
