Well, I think it is finally going to happen

All these years I have been a 10mm nut and I am finally getting around to getting a 10mm Glock. I have a buddy with a Gently Used G20. I would probably prefer a 29, but this is a pretty good deal, 4 bills, so I figured I couldn't pass it up.

Sounds like an awesome deal! I would jump all over a $400 G20!

Why do I carry a 10mm?

Getting one 10mm is just going to make you want more. I currently have 2, and wanting to add a 1911 and lately been eyeing the SW 10xx series.

You all don't understand, I am just getting into the Glock end of 10mm madness. it started with a Delta Elite in about 1990 or so, then a 1006, a 1076, another 1006, a 1066, and then I had this GP100 converted to 10mm about 4 years ago......

the Glock was a long time coming.

10mm madness can include foaming at the mouth. Glock's aren't required.

Me understand.

So, what, no subguns?

I have a safe full of long guns and pistols, and I still consider my G20 one of the best value purchases of all of them. Even at a new price of $550, the G20 is a great value. If it is truly "gently used," meaning 1000 rds or less with no significant holster wear or other marks, it's as good as new and I'd consider it a steal at $400. You won't be disappointed!

There is a class 3 Uzi at my local shop, it is only registered in 22, 9mm and 45 so I don't know if it could be converted to 10mm. Besides, I don't have the jack to pull off a purchase like that one would cost. However, with this G20 purchase, I may go ahead and look into getting a MechTech 10mm conversion unit, that could be fun. I think the Lone Wolf lowers won't be too far down the way so I could use either the glock lower or the LW for a dedicated receiver once they are available.

Don't really care for that stock.... Saw a guy here on GT once who had adapted an Uzi folding stock to his, looked awesome.

Speaking of awesome.
I'd live to have an MP5 / 10
But, I'll probably settle for a Mini 14 in 6.8 SPC. There's just something kind of special about 1,600 foot pounds of energy.

The MP with that fun switch on it would be more fun than I could stand I reckon.

Another sad saga in the life of a pistol that deserved better. The very name Bren Ten seems to be hung with a curse or something.
