I and getting a Gen 4 G22 tomorrow, (my first Glock) and I saw in another thread that the person swapped barrels when shooting reloads. Is this necessary and if so why? I have a friend that reloaded a bunch of .40 for my Kel-Tec Sub 2000 which takes G22 mags and the reason for picking up the G22.
The Glock chambers are pretty liberal and known to expand the brass case to the point of failure. Aftermarket barrels feature tighter chambers and are cundusive to use with lead bullets.
