MidwayUSA. Excellent service. Realtime online inventory. Superfast shipping out the door. What's not to like?

I also vote for GlockParts!

They ship very fast, Dave always replies quickly to stupid questions from me and their shipping prices are more than reasonable.......

And it's the only glockshop that ships internationally AFAIK......

Glockparts and glockmeister have a lot of stock parts...for upgrades and aftermarket, lone wolf, is good, cheaper than dirt is good for just about anything. Believe it or not, swampfox has good prices on connectors, springs, etc...and free shipping on pretty much everything but ammo! I just bought my spring, guide rod, and connector from them. They were all the same price as what lone wolf or ghost listed, but without the shipping cost... So swampfox ended up being quite a bit cheaper! I always check with mike just to see if he can get it before I go through someone else, there is no shipping fees involved, plus I just like supporting mike. If youre a lover of "true" ten mm power, then we gotta help keep mike and swampfox around for a long time to come!

Yet another unhappy customer of Glockstore.com. I ordered a conversion barrel and magazine only to find out when the package arrived that the barrel was on back order. I called to complain that i was deceived into ordering a part only to find out it was out of stock. Customer service told me they couldn't "micromanage" every part. What??? Isn't that what inventory control is all about? I canceled the back order and then told them I would not be back.

On the other hand I have ordered from Midway and Lone Wolf and would definitely use them again.

The problem with the Glock Store is they do not tell you if a item in your order is out of stock untill you receive your order. They charge your CC for the entire amount, then at a later date send the out of stock items. It does not seem right that they hold your money without sending the item.

In my case they charged the entire amount of shipping for 2 parts but not the amount of the item for the back ordered part. When I called to cancel the back ordered part they agreed to refund the shipping cost for the canceled part. We will see if they honor their word.

We do not have a huge selection of Glock parts like many do but would be glad to help on what we have.

We should all be supporting Arizona businesses. I seek them out intentionally, and will continue to do so!

No one said Brownell's. They do good for me, but I will check out the suggestions above.

Just ordered from Glockmeister for the first time recently. Got the package in the mail today and the parts in the box were not the ones I ordered. The invoice was correct but the wrong parts were in the box. I called them and the lady apologized and told me I could keep what they sent me by mistake and that she would ship out the correct parts right away. I understand mistakes happen so I was happy with what they did to fix the problem.

I've used rockyourglock, Nettac, and CheaperThanDirt and have been satisfied with all of them. However, my only disappointment was that Nettac took 6 business days to process before the order was shipped. I had no other problems though.

My big issue with glockstore.com is when one of the items you ordered is out of stock or back ordered, you are not notified until you receive your order.

New to the world of Glock parts/accessories, however I've placed two orders with Glockmeister with great service and fast shipping. Will definitely order from them again.

Well I will give a thumbs down for Glockmeister...I ordered an extended slide lock release, extended mag release and extended slide stop. together they weigh as much as a quarter and are just about as big combined.
Shipping was $12.10
Ok I agreed because I wanted the parts for this weekend

I get an email stating that the slide stop is out of stock and my two choices are to wait for shipping or pay MORE shipping and have this tiny piece of metal one inch by 1/4 in shipped seperately.

I asked how much to ship something that can fit into a regular envelope and was told $3.\

SO for all three items shipping was over $15.00

I cancelled the order and will look elsewhere. Their store, their policy, My money, My choice.

What really irks me about most of the online retailers is that they make you register an account before buying anything. In this age of online fraud, hackers stealing info effortlessly from websites of their choosing, some companies still don't get it. All this and its just one more password I have to keep up with. Just give me the option of buying without an account dammit!
