I agree, www.GlockParts.com Dave ships the same day, they deliver the packages to the Post Office before it closes. Good people and good service!

I have had one encounter with the Glockstore. So, far, I am not yet impressed. I ordered a 22lb tungsten guiderod for my Glock 20. What was packaged in the box that was labled to be that product was a steel, unknown lb guide rod presumably for a Glock 19 and not my Glock 20. The guide rod was noticably smaller than the factory guiderod in my Glock 20. I called them up, they appologized and said the employee who packaged it on Monday must have been drunk from Sunday.

I asked if they would seen a return envelope to send it back. They said they would, and did not. I was told to write on the invoice the problem and send the part back. After waiting about a week for my return mail slip, I said the heck with this noise and sent it back to them for the appropriate part annotated on the invoice. (I kept a copy of the invoice). A week later, no part, no notice, no anything. If they are still open when I get home from work tomorrow, I will ask them the status. Perhaps I will get the "drunk" employee who didn't put the right part in the right package. Either way, I am still out my guiderod, and am not happy so far.

Those are my top three choices. I tend to use glockparts.com the most because Dave (the owner), was the only one who didn't blow me off when I asked him to stock the new "dot" connector.

MidwayUSA
LoneWolfDist
TopGunSupply

All 3 are excellent and I've never had any trouble with any of them.

I learned the hard way with glockstore, I used them twice and both times it was a customer service nightmare.

YEA RIGHT...........not in my experience. They do have good prices, customer service sucks, they never return calls on time or when promised to, I experienced this three when trying to obtain tracking numbers and ordered from them five times for this year. One time, I had to cancel since I ordered the Trijicon Novak and they did not have it in stock........one week later I called them for a tracking and then I was told they did not have it in stock, but yet my credit card was billed. Their website sucks, no updates for the past ten years than I know of since Phil used to own the company and then Ben Paz. Send them a contact message thru the website twice and NEVER got a respond.........dont seem like it works.

Depends what you are shopping for...........OEM parts, titanium, aftermarket, barrels, etc. I use different once depending on what i need. Also, price and shipping is a factor.

Glockparts.com has my vote. Great CS and they don't gauge you on shipping.

MidwayUSA. Best customer service on the planet, fast shipping, low prices. They are unbeatable. I would rather pay higher prices at MidwayUSA (and know I will get perfect CS) than buy from somewhere else. However, MidwayUSA usually has very good prices.

I wasn't impressed by recent transactions with the Glockstore and won't be returning to them.

It all depends, but I usually shop and buy from Glockmeister, Lone Wolf or Midway for Glock parts. I probably should add Glockparts to the vendors I shop before buying.
