1 suppressor on two diffent guns?

Zak, I am thinking about getting a 9mm suppressor. There are about a thousand different models available. I want to use it on a Glock and on an AR. Some have the LID built in(YHM Cobra). Can these be used on a carbine with the LID in place? I'd like one to work with both guns, but didn't know if I had to get one with a removeable LID or not.

Thanks in advance.

I don't see any reason they couldn't be used with the LID intact on a carbine. Check with the manufacturer to be sure.

Thanks. I didn't know if it would hurt the LID if used on a fixed barrel. I'll email YHM to make sure.
