I picked up a carbine length STAG upper in 6.8 SPC II. I have dies, brass and bullets and about 20 pounds of IMR 4895 which I use in my M14's and AR's. I haven't come up with a good starting load using that powder for the 6.8. Anyone here have one?

4895 is too slow and bulky, you can fill it to the bottom of the neck and cram a bullet in and never reach max pressure.
H335, 10X, H322, 2200 work better with 110gr bullets

Thanks, I think that I have some H322 in my stock pile................how about BLC2?

since BLC2 is a ball powder it will work better than 4895 but, it is still slower than H335, H322, RE10X and AA2200
