FATTIEST and CCW
I fluctuate a lot with weight. I tend to go strong at the gym, running etc for several months out the year an tend to stop cold turkey an gain everything back.
:::::::My question is::::::::
me being 5-10 going from 190-220 up an down
would the crossbreed or king tuck be affect by my biliousness?
I use a generic don hume holster for g19 but i find myself always canting it an with the 19 the handle sits a little to high for me. I bought a cheap holster that you can cant yourself but than it goes under the belt over the pants an sags the pants. I bought a g27 an its been working perfect with the generic humes.
I usually keep my pistol a little in front of my hip bone like the 3 o'clock position. Ive never tried carrying in the 5 o'clock position like the cross breed is made for ... would my love handles affect the carry?

Naa. You'll be fine. Just need a new belt.

i am a pretty big guy at 6'2" 270 and carry with my crossbreed between 4 and 5. the only issue i have seen is that the top flap of leather tends to flop over the top of the gun but i dont feel that it effects my draw. i do have to be a little more careful when reholstering but it not much of an issue.
i have been carrying much more with my remora holster since i got that about 3 months ago. i can carry it very deep and use any type of cant i want.

I am 5'10" and fluctuate from 190 to 220 all the time and have for years and years to the point my doctor gives me hell about it but I can't help it. When I'm doing well at 190 it is definately easier to carry but I use a CB Supertuck all the time and do well with it at any weight.

I'm 5'6" & ~ 200 -210 most of the time. But I was surprised when that cheap WalMart nylon "Blackhawk" with the G22 just seemed to disappear when I got the right cant on it at 3:00, (but then much of my excess weight is hanging over the front of my belt.)

Your BMI is 28.7 which is "Over-Weight". Nine more pounds and you'll be classified as "Mildly Obese". FYI.

Have you ever considered OWB?
Much easier than IWB if weight loss/gain is a regular issue. Use your $ for belts instead of the cost of buying up & down sizing pants.

don't sweat the BMI thing to much, BMI does not care whether the weight is muscle or fat.

When you stop cold turkey just eat fewer calories/less food. You don't have to exercise to keep a healthy weight. Weight gain/loss is 95% diet.

BMI is ****ing retarded. I'm 6'00" 212 pounds or so and trying to gain weight. BMI is just plain stupid much of the time.

Then so are the majority of NFL running backs. 32.5 is about ideal for a back these days.

BMI is useless, or worse.
When I was regularly lifting heavy, I was 5'10", 260, and about 10% body-fat. (Hey, I wasn't a "body builder" just a lifter ) IIRC, my lean body mass alone rated as obese on the BMI scale...
