Just got back to my hotel after participating in the Sea of Blue. What an incredible turnout. There were blue/red/amber lights as far as the eye could see and the streets downtown were lined with people.

It was great wasn't it? We were towards the front and as we were pulling back up to the Pyramid there were still squad cars pulling out of the staging lot.

Yep. As I made the right out of the Pyrmid, the first cars were just making their way back north in front of the pyramid.

There were Officers from departments as far away as Chicago and New York. Here I am with a member of the Chicago PD.

There were two Chicago PD officers at the last one I went to. The funeral was only 300 or so miles from Chicago, but it was still a surprise to many to see them there. They were pretty popular.

By the way THAT is our dress uniform. I wish we had something like Chicago's jackets. They look spiffy.
