while that may be true of your example, it is not true of 99.9 percent of all examples. the closest example if have of 1911 accuracy is a glock 36. alot have problems, but mine is a shooter, but not 1911 accuracy. no way.

Change your name to anti-springfield loaded. I really don't get why you go around bashing loadeds so often... and yes I've seen it at least half a dozen times. I have one and it looks fine and it's tighter than the springfield mil specs I've shot (friend's not my mine) and it's tighter/smoother than the colt series 80 I had and even the Colt series 70 I've had.
I remember you saying you handled a loaded before and it seemed loose to you. That's what I recall you giving for your reasons not liking it, aside from that you really don't seem to have any evidence, so I don't know what put the loaded turd in your pants. DOn't know it tell you shoot it and to go by one example that could have been poorly fitted seems too uninformed. Also was it a Brasil or Illinois assembled gun?

Again, too vague. Why doesn't it impress you? Seems to be a cult nowadays.

Should I put in a heavier spring in either gun when shooting hotter defensive loads like Cor-Bon or Doubletap?
|
It's probably the full length guide rod. I shot my loaded next to a friend's mil spec and the loaded shot smoother with less flip because of the flgr I can only assume.

Does the gun suck or do you suck with it?
I have a ssmith and wesson 640 and it sucks... actually I can't hit anything with it, my fault not the gun.

My Gold Cup Trophy shoots 1.25" with any good load.

You mean you shoot the pattern that good. Most guns are as good if not better than the shooter. Also what is a good load?

I shoot my springfield loaded better than my Glock 22 and Glock 27, so AGAIN remember to say "With me as the operator, I can shoot my Glock over the Loaded any day of the week."

Now are you basing this off six or seven opinions you hear from on a heavily biased and issue exaggerative and brad/gun loyal non-objective website like Glock Talk?
How many loadeds have you shot?

Just curious, but what do you care that certain individuals don't like the Loaded? I have no opinion on it, as I have not shot or handled one.....but if you like it, that's the only opinion that matters. Who cares what anyone else thinks. You just seem to be taking this personally.

colts qa has vastly improved over the last several yrs, while kimbers has dropped. their cs is atrocious. at least it was for me. and as far as extracting money from your bank account, i think they're about the same.
your arguments hold little weight. no, no weight.

Obama sucks.
Reagan is an idiot.
The Tea Party is lame.
Notice how these viewpoints aren't really backed by anything. That's why. A poster comes in here and asks advice and people give him crappy horrible advice and don't back it up.
The loaded is horrible.
Well have you shot a loaded.
Uh no..
Then how do you know?
Like dude because it is.
That's why I care.

That's good. I took my MK IV series 70 Government model to the range yesterday and it shot well. Certainly better than I can, but my loaded still seems a bit smoother and nicer than the Colt.

Good thinking. You should check out TOS. It's all roses and asskissing over there for EVERY brand. As soon as someone posts anything negative, posts get deleted, threads get shut down, people get banned. It's a great place to gush about your favorite company, with little to no recourse.

Really?
I didn't know that; then again, my post count over there is about 10. The place is boring.
So you're sayin' I'd get banned for having this Sig sign over my gun cleaning bench?

1911s are compartmentalized by brand, and the members are boring.

I wouldn't call it boring. It's just that they learned long ago not to tolerate any BS like name calling and endless bickering over stuff. It's just a different format. TOS is like a university class and this forum is like a bar full of over-sexed sailors.

The only time I shoot my loaded is when there's a Trojan close at hand.

I'd take the Gold Cup over the Loaded. I don't have anything against the Loaded, just think the Gold Cup is one of the nicest looking 1911s and I think it will be worth more down the road.
