In the market for a new 1911
Well, I just sold my Glock 21 with lasermax lazer and a Ruger SP101 for $1100. I have no need for the revolver and the G21 has too wide of a grip. I would like to fund another high-end 1911. What are your thoughts on my sell? I would like to buy a nice STI 1911.

I know someone who has one and that is what he is asking for it. Shot less than 200 rds and not a scratch on it.

I wouldn't exactly call it high end, but the Trojan is a great 1911 for the money. They run a grand or slightly over.

If you eliminate < 4.25", railed, and non-.45, odds are he's got it.

When he runs out out of 5" non railed 45s to buy, I wonder if he'll start buying railed, or go the commander route?

I guess that answers that. I forgot he did, since he seems pretty anti-commander size.
