9/5/11. A very disappointing Carry, Run, Press of 21:49. This is a little over one minute more than it took last time. I really wanted to break the twenty minute mark.

Will try this again thanksgiving weekend.

9/6/11. I was supposed to run for thirty minutes but had to return home at about the seven minute mark. Barely touched down in time to avoid being soiled by explosive diarrhea. What a crappy workout.

Hospital loop in 25:01 (this is 58 seconds faster than last time)
