Hello Zak, I am new to long range shooting but have a history with CZ handguns both competition and daily carry.

How would a CZ 550 stack up against the savage 10FP for 700?

I have no idea-- never seen a CZ rifle set up for precision shooting. I would expect accuracy similar to a Remington or Winchester that is set up for the same "application."

I would recommend, however, to stick with something that is known to work and has good aftermarket support if your goal is long-range shooting.

Hello Zak, I took your advise and bought a Savage 10 FCP-K with the WEAVER Super slam Tactical 4x20x50.

Haven't shot it yet but.......Soon!
