9x25 dillon for deer?

I am currently in a project of turning my g20 into a long slide using lone wolf parts for the purpose of whitetail hunting with it. During this project I came across the 9x25 dillon conversion and I was blown away with some of the specs on this ammo (double tap 95gr with a vel. of 1995fps! and 881ft. lbs.!! along with a 147gr with a vel. of 1495fps and 733 ft. lbs.!) Now primarily I will deer hunt with this gun but target shooting and varmints will also be in the cross hairs. My main question is will the 9x25 out preform the 10mm after all it must be a lot flatter shooting with speeds into a rifle calibers range? I know that penetration is a major factor but what should be expected out of either double tap load? I am aware that it is an odd cartridge that will be pricier, but I am setting that aside.
