I purchased a wolf extra power spring kit from Midway. This kit was purchased for my G21. I installed the 6 lb striker spring but the guide rod spring has me perplexed! How do i get the thing apart. All the schematics and armorers manual fail to mention how to take the captive recoil guide apart. Are they even designed to come apart?
The plastic GR is not designed to come apart. You can stick a metal rod into the hole and tap the cap out however this only works without breaking the rod 1/2 the time.
