I don't typically post like this, but I feel like this is a worthy cause for
two reasons:
1. It’s protecting our second amendment rights.
2. It’s sticking it to the feds!
How does it get any better? Please write your Texas House Rep and ask for their support of HB 145,
Firearms Freedom Act. This bill would declare that any firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured in Texas and retained in Texas would not be subject to the ATF or to interstate commerce laws enacted by the federal government.
Co-Author support is needed. This same legislation has been passed in 6
states and introduced in another dozen. It’s commonly referred to as 10th
Amendment legislation, because it is the state taking back their power from
the Feds.
Tell the Feds to back off!!!
