Does anyone have experience with any of these ambi mag releases?

I'd like to get one but I've never seen one in person. Have you?
I guess I'm just concerned with how effective the left hand side will be with the whole paddle opposed to the standard button on the right hand side.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
