Very nice brother. How do you like the EMOD? I use to have one and got a Magpul ACS and much prefer it to the EMOD, give it a try sometime.

Thank you for your compliments.
I really like the EMOD, I basically got it as a cheaper alternative to the SOPMOD. When I bought the stock the ACS was relatively new and was pretty difficult to find one locally (before we carried them).
Thank you for your input, I will probably use an ACS on my next build.

No problem, you have much more experience than I with carbines, just trying to give my $0.02 cents on what has worked for me. The ACS in weight is in between the CTR and the EMOD so it still balances well, but it's smooth on the cheek weld (no hairs getting caught) and it feels more solid, has a friction lock like the CTR's. And it doesn't look like the battery compartment was an after thought.
