I don't know which SPD is bigger... seems close.
I'll be quiet about my massive 5'9"/152 figure.

Here's mine:
Left to right:
-Taser Cartridge in Accumold pouch
-2 Glock 22 mags in Blade-Tech pouch
-Monadnock Autolock (w/Hindi Cap & power safety tip) in Monadnock holder
-X26 in Serpa holster
-Surefire Z3 w/TNVC LED upgrade in Surefire V72
-Uncle Mike's radio holder with Kenwood portable (w/remote mic & ear piece)
-Mag Light ring
-Leatherman Wave
Left to right:
-Silent key holder w/spare squad & office keys
-Glock 22 w/X200 & 10-8 Sights in Safariland 6285 w/t-spacer kit
-MkIV OC in Accumold Pouch
-Center Mass PIMP w/30 round PMag
-2 pair Peerless cuffs in Accumold pouch mounted on top of the PIMP
-Mic holder for Mobile camera
The keepers are mounted in front and behind the pistol, in front of the radio and in front of the baton with the last one behind the Leatherman. This set up works very well for me and the PIMP is a sweet way to carry a mag on the duty belt while also allowing for a decent gear setup.

I love it. Very fast and smooth draw despite the level III retention.
It would take a bad guy a while to figure out how to get the gun out. A while back at a training, we had a gun retention exercise. Officers paired up; the instructor then timed how long it took you to get your partner's gun out of his holster, facing no resistance (your partner stood there with his arms hanging limp). My partner was carrying a G22 in the same holster. Being familiar with the holster, I figured it couldn't take me more than a second. It ended up taking me much longer than expected. And facing passive resistance, it was seemingly impossible. Great design for the cops, complicated design for the bad guys (or anyone on the other side of the holster, for that matter)

Hello all, new here, but thought I would post mine....
Had the same set up for about 11 years, and I am a size 36" waist, some of the gear I have had since 1999 to 1998 like the cuff cases, single mag pouch, ht holder and belt keepers
Most gear is Bianchi, some Safariland... I have the same set up in both Accumold Nylon and Accumold Elite basketweave, except the Elite is not put together right now.
Left to right on Accumold Duty Belt:
-Belt Keeper, with key slot
-Accumold Silent key holder
-Plastic PR-24 holder - with expandable PR-24
-Belt Keeper
-Accumold glove pouch with CPR mask (in a latex glove) and 6 pairs of gloves rolled up to look like small tampons (not trying to be funny here, you can see in a pic) All gloves are kept in one plastic shopping bag to keep UV rays and dust off of them
-Dutyman HT Holder, bought before Bianchi came out with the new ones as I like this style better then their first versions.
-Belt Keeper
-Accumold Stinger holder, stinger with after market LED upgrade head (HIGHLY Recommended, can find on ebay, love it!!)
-Accumold cuff case
-Belt keeper with hidden cuff key
-Accumold single mag pouch with Leatherman Supertool
-Belt keeper
-Accumold cuff case
-Belt keeper
-Metal key ring holder
-Belt keeper
-Safariland 6365 Holster for Glock 22 with TLR-1 LED Light, the Glock I have Talon Gun Grip tape which I will highly recommend for Glock users if your gun does not run on your uniform. You are fine if you have a drop holster like me, but if your grip rubs on your uniform shirt while you are sitting or standing it may rub a hold on your shirt, it is like sand paper, but provides an AWESOME grip and they are only 9.99 shipping included. It is made from skateboard grip tape, but is a one piece wrap around made just for glocks. I also made a video of when I installed it on my Glock.

-Belt Keeper
-Accumold MK-3 OC case with top cut off and a MK-4 can in it, I dont care what any one says, I like the easy access and it stays put
-Accumold Double mag pouch - have an extra unit key behind one of the mags as well as an allen wrench to adjust the holster in the field if needed, does not hamper drawing of the mag at all
---I just ordered the Safariland 72 combo Double Mag pouch with cuff holder to the rear, as showen in a post by another member, I do carry a BlackBerry Storm2 at work in a OtterBox phone case and I am going to try to place it in the area behind the mags for the cuffs. Should fit perfect without adding extra stuff to my belt and still be available
-Belt Keeper
Sorry for the dark photos.

Cell pic but it shows where I ended up putting the taser. I have tried very hard to keep everything off of my back.

I bought the Blackhawk Taser holster and am crossdrawing it (I'm right handed). Not liking it right now as it's at 10 oclock, and my mag pouch is at 11 oclock inhibits it coming out due to the draw angles of the holster. Definitely can't use a cartridge in the handle.
I really just need to get the Safariland ambi taser holster and convert to weakhand draw. :(

At least I am not the only one who cut off the flap on the Bianchi MK3 holder. I have a MK4 in it.

There is a total of 6 Uncle Mikes molded keepers mixed in there too.

Have you considered a drop-leg holster?

It's not mine but I can say with about 99.9% assurance that Everything is Bianchi AccuMold, holster is Safariland 6004 series or one of the variants, radio holder is a Porta-Clip, and I am not sure about the Taser holder so just guessing it is a Blackhawk Serpa or a Safariland ALS.
