Bantam stock came from Mossberg parts direct. The ribbed forearm came from havlinsales.com.

I shortened the wood stock on my Win 1200 to about 12.5" with the Limbsaver recoil pad, very comfortable gun, and the smoothest, fastest pump gun I've ever shot.

I'm about to do that (cut buttstock for a 12.75" LOP and install a Limbsaver recoil pad) with this gun... I'll also strip the finish and re-do it with a red mahogany oil finish. Man I love these Winchester 1300 Defenders!

I just picked up a 1300 in a pawn shop for $131 in 98% condition. I then took my time watching ebay auctions and added a mag extension and side saddle. I have less than $200 total, including the price of the gun. Got a deal and a great hp weapon.

Great way to go. I know there are some top condition 1300's out there in pawn shops for smokin' great prices.

Not to mention I have a Model 12. Keep the trigger depressed and keep racking the slide. It goes off with every pump. It is almost as fast as a semi auto.

Here's the SBS next to his little AOW brother. I believe the AOW is a 10.5" barrel.

These are by far the two most amazing shotguns I have ever laid eyes upon. Did you do the work yourself, or how did you find a resource for makng that happen? I want one bad

There is a local guy here in PHX who mod's 12Ga's for a living. He does most of his work on S-12's, but as you can see he can work some magic on Mossy pump guns as well. The cool thing about the 12Ga pistol is that it's just a $5 AOW stamp, instead of the $200 SBS stamp.
When I get a shot I'll post a couple pics of the two Saigas he converted for me; the desert camo that I already posted and a 10" SBS.

410, I'm thinking of putting a stock on it and letting my 13 y/o son shoot it.

I dig the 870 HD model also, it's more likely to be my next one.

AC45ACP... lookin' good. Did you refinish the 1300 or is that the original matte black finish?
