Not to but in, but it looks like a 20" Mossberg 500 which holds 7+1. You can tell because the barrel screws in by a lugs at the end of a magazine versus the circumference style of Remington's. Hope that helps, and if I am wrong please let me know.

That looks awesome. Nice and simple, but very use-able and effective.

Thanks guys. It was quite the project.

It started life as a factory pistol grip breacher model, and I swapped receivers with a regular mossy 500 so I could use the pistol grip receiver to make a 12Ga pistol (AKA: $5 AOW). I should post some pics of that too, it's also pretty awesome.

Anyhow, the breacher barrel was cut down as far as possible and the breaching muzzle device rewelded. The mag tube was similarly cut down and the lug rebrazed to the underside of the breaching device. The Surefire took the most work because much of the internal had to be hogged out so it would fit over the receiver when the gun was cycled. When the slide is racked to the rear, the gun looks smooshed. Kinda funny.... In the pic, you can see part of the Surefire that had to be cut off to make clearance for the ejection port, during cycling.

It's on a Form 4 as an SBS. It's a great house gun due to it's short OAL and Surefire. I have a shorty Saiga too... but I don't (yet) have a light for it, so it stays in the safe.

I'll post some more pics when I have a chance.

I know the pistol grip is unpleasant to shoot. I had the pistol grip only (which is the same pistol grip as pictured) and it dug into my trigger hand bad. I can only imagine... But to each his own, and it looks cool as hell.

I own one (Knoxx Spec Ops Recoil Reducing) and it is great. I even had a 125lbs female who didn't know how to shoot very well shooting my 12 gauge without a recoil issue...

Being an old guy, I guess I believe in old school, second pic is a close up of the stock. This is my Jeep gun. I have an 870 tactiical with a Knoxx recoil reducing stock but I prefer this. It was my first shotgun when I became a cop in 1969.

Recently swapped the plastic stock set for wood... did some refinishing, added a Vang safety button, and ditched the un-needed dead weight of the heat shield. Don't need a heat shield as I know not to grab a shotgun by the barrel. The wood stock has a great feel in the hand, solid like the shotguns of old. I like the old school look too. Guess that dates me! Ha.

I like the gun a lot better now like this and the 12 3/4" LOP snaps to the shoulder a lot quicker (and swings a lot quicker) than the 14.25" LOP with the factory plastic stock.
