Angels and Glocks: Good taste. : )

Thanks---I noticed that, too---I wonder if maybe it's just a difference in the extension? Mine did not come with an extension, but came with the standoff muzzle, and a longer barrell. (Though, the sales person wasn't sure if it was suppose to be on the model I bought, but just shrugged his shoulders and left it on.) Angels and Glocks, what length of barrel/tube extension do you have? Mine is an 18.5, and noticed that with the extension, it likely would have been flush with a 20" barrell without the muzzle.

In fact, after using a Speedfeed Tactical IV-S stock on my gun for a couple years, I put the "cool guy factor" aside and switched to a Speedfeed Youth stock (for the shortened LOP). Works a lot better now.
I totally agree it's Benelli's fault! I'll have to check out the Speedfeed Youth stock for the shortended LOP.. That's probably the main reason I considered looking at replacing the stock, and the reason I considered the adjustable stocks. Thanks for the tip!

Edited to say: AggiePhil---by the way, love the "guns and coffee"... I could do without everything else!

Where are you guys getting the door breach for your 870? Is it a difficult install?

Thanks.

Some of the newer 870s coming out come equipped with a threaded barrel to accept screw in chokes like that one. You might be able to get a standard 870 barrel threaded to accept them too but I am not entirely sure.

Correct---I saw the same screw-in breach muzzle for sale separately at Cabelas. If you have a threaded barrel, it should screw right on.

Haha it kind of looks like one don't it? It's actually a jacket inside out with fur material inside.

Thanks. Where can I find a threaded 18" barrel for my Parkerized 870P? Bead sight only is fine as I'll just be slapping an XS Big Dot on there.

I would contact Remington directly and see if you could purchase a replacement barrel that is equipped with that breach choke. I have no desire for one because I don't do any breaching with my shotguns. They do look cool though.
