I like the rugged simplicity. Same cool factor as an AK, nothing refined but wicked tough.
Being primarily of the 1911 persuation, they are fun just because they are so different. Puts some variety into my shooting; keeps things fresh.

My 19 has been on my side for over a year now. Been to the range plenty and has a few thousand rounds through it and all the while, is has worked without fault. That is my favorite thing. It works.

Because Glocks can do what any other gun twice it's cost can do.

Lots of reasons already mentioned, so I'll go with the low bore axis, that makes recoil so easy to deal with and recover from for multiple shots on target in a short space of time.
Even in 10mm.

Great Pointability.....
All the reasons posted are valid. As I get older (mid 50's now) I am impressed with how pointable the Glock is. And there are so many sight options available that you can find something right for you.
And Ditto to anybody that stresses LOW BORE AXIS!
After handling multiple Glocks, many of the other firearms begin to feel like power tools.
(So where do you change the batteries in them anyway? )

My favorite thing I like about them? It would hands down have to be, that I can wear one on my wrist, and not be late anywhere I go. You can have yours on the wall, but after you leave where you are, it doesn't help you. Also helps to have one in the car too. I won't be without one, ever....
Oh wait, you said Glocks? Sorry. In that case, my favorite thing about Glocks is they're ugly....just like my women...

It's a great gun for lefties.
Plus like brisk21 said, it has incredibly short trigger reset, which to me is more important than a SA trigger in an emergency.

I love my Glocks because I don't have to clean them all the time, and when I do I just wipe them down with a patch and im good to go. Durable and dependable.

They are out of the box reliable, great value NIB, even better value when bought used, great customer service, no matter if you're owner #7, parts and accessories galore, most parts swaps can be done by owner (YouTube has tons of videos). They are my tools and I treat them as such, and not as blingy shiny bedazzling spectacles that have paper pedigrees to gloat over.

Tons of accessories and like the old timex commerical goes takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
Plus I consider Glock a tool not pretty but very dependable and reliable.
they are simple and great guns.
I feel great going out in the world with it by my side and even better if you run into a zombie or two!!

It works
I bought one new years ago,a g17,and it has yet to have even 1 single hiccup.Ive had new sigs before(p226),a new beretta(92fs and a 92 g elite),new colt 80 series 1911 and they all had to have a break in period.Sure eventually they ran fine but during the break in, they were absolutely unreliable.
My glock, fired all 17 with no problems, straight from the box.zero, zilch, nadda one.

Two things...accuracy and reliability. Can't say that about some others I've owned.

Heck, that's nothing, I keep shooting Glocks and getting free Smith & Wessons. So far I have brought home an M&P .45 and a 637 and my wife has brought home an M&P .45, but all from matches where we shot Glock 17's.
I stick with the Glock for competition - the trigger pull is the same for the first and second shot and I don't try to compete with any gun that isn't, in any sport (neither do most other people). It is simple, reliable, durable, etc. - I have owned and shot a lot of guns of a lot of brands and if I ever find one that is even a little bit better than Glock, I'll dump the Glocks and use it, regardless of price. I haven't found one since I got my first Glock around 20 years ago.
