What is the build/mfg date on the Crimson Trace laser grip? Does it come w/ the box and all the accessories?

I've looked for the MFG date and can't seem to find one on the grip or the paperwork anywhere. I can tell you that I bought it in 2008.

It comes w/ the original box, crimson trace polishing cloth, cleaning "q-tips" x2, adjustment hex key, one groove extra long trigger housing pin for installation, plastic shim, Laser grip, 2 batteries for operation.
