Why not a single stack .45 Keltec?

Thinking about this as I shot my wife's P11 today. Thinking a 6+1 dao with the option for a +1 magazine extension. It would be a pretty good ccw/bug and the recoil impulse on a 230 would not be too bad as opposed to a .40 launching 155 pills. Any ideas?

That was my thinking. I don't even think KT makes one at the moment. Just doing a bit of wishful thinking.

I know they used to make a small .40 cal. Never owned a Kel Tec Pistol. Real basic gun, real basic price.

Yeah. I think it was too hard on the shooter and the gun and KT discontinued it. With the pressures involved in a .45, it seems to my untrained way of thinking that the recoil and cycling would not be as violent. I was picturing a pistol a little bigger than a Semmerling and a true semi-auto. Ah well, I can dream.

Kel-Tec Talk

1. 8+1 capacity.

2. Single stack.

3. Well made and reliable.

Friends don't let friends buy a Keltec.
