You can resize the picture you want with Irfan, and upload it to GT via the http://glocktalk.com/forums/profile.php?do=editavatar link.

You may have to download Irfan if you don't already have it.
It's free, and packed with features.

Regular member avatars are limited to 100x100, while paid members are limited to 150x150.

I can't access that site's avatar list, but I did find some USAF LE badges by using an internet image search. Will one of these work? I've sized them to the size you will need to use for an avatar here at GT (no bigger than 100 pixels). Call them number 1, 2 and 3; just pick the one you want, then we'll walk you through getting it posted here.

You would have had to right click on the actual picture, and scroll down to copy picture link. You could have then pasted the link here.

A search of the string of numbers only kicks up this thread.
