I'm selling a Smith & Wesson M&P9 (M&P) 9mm full size pistol with no shots fired. The only difference between this pistol and a new one is that I am not a dealer and you will not be paying sales tax.
It's the standard model, with white dot steel, dovetail sights and no thumb or mag safety. Comes with everything you'd normally get with a new pistol including 2-17rd magazines, 3 backstraps, carrying case (box), lock, manual.
This gun has never been fired (except for the factory shots for QC).
I require the buyer to sign a bill of sale including his/her Texas D.L number or CHL number.
