I used to carry my Glock 30 in an Uncle Mike soft neoprene inside the waste band. It was light and very comfortable to my side. I would use it with shorts and a loose tee-shirt in the summer. I never had anyone stare or ask if I was carrying.
I've been using a Shielded Holsters hybrid, which is very comfortable. I'm trying out a MIC holster now--looks like it may become my primary method.

Mine isn't sf, but the holsters don't know that. I have a Shielded Holster and a Hume 721OT. The Shielded hides the barrel, so it does conceal a bit better; the Hume is more comfortable to me and does a good job holding the 30 high and tight (I wear this one more than the other). Both work and both are a decent price as holsters go.
