How do you Sharpen your knives power,stones or belt sander or what?

Given a choice I prefer sharpening on a worn out 120 grit belt and cardboard stropping wheel back at the shop.

In the field I carry a fine DMT stone, can't beat diamond sharpeners for a great edge. A fully detailed "how to" is included on my web site on the "Technical Page"
