How do I get these animated ones to work properly? Sez remote file size too large...

A lot of the animated are too kb heavy. You are only allowed so many kb for avatars. I use a lot as statements in posts. 
With the right photo program you should be able to reduce kb size and still have them animated. I don't have the stuff to do so.
A member a few years back put together this for me with three pics... 
It looks a little faded because he had to reduce pixals to make it avatar compliant.

I have the entire CS4 Master collection, but only basic PS skills... and little else. Think I'll have someone show me how to do the pixel reduction. Thanx!
