Has anyone heard from this guy? I sent funds on April 12th and have not received so much as an email in response. I have sent multiple emails and private messages and received nothing in response.

I sent funds on April 10th, and I still have not received my plug as well.

I don't want to come off as impatient, but its been nearly 2 weeks while other posters were talking about how quick shipping was.

I am a very patient person but I would think getting an email stating that there would be a delay in shipping would not be out of order. I hope this guy is ok and nothing has happened to him.

i have paypal working on getting my money back,mabe they will have some info,it has to be somthing serious like mabe he or one of his own had a tradgedy,he has my prayers,the sure plug is was a great item,i wished i had more of themhis website is still up but no number-jeff

I too placed an order on 04/12 and still waiting after several PM's and also through Pay pal, still no response. I too hope everything is well and wish he would at least post something on here.

Almost a month now and nothing. Not an email, not a post here explaining anything. I know some people here have said that he is having some family problems but it seems like he could at least make a post here or return an email. I am not knocking the guy for having problems but you would think that there would be time enough in a day to at least send a quick message to those people from whom you have already received money.

At this point I do not think we will ever hear from this guy or receive the contents of our orders.

I could understand that the guy had some sort of family problem but a response to the thread or an email at least would be nice. The amount of money is small and I couldn't care less about that it is the principal of no communication.

hello all. I plan on also posting in the feedback section giving myself a -1.

Long story short. I have had a family medical emergency couple months ago. I basicly left town on really short notice and have just gotten back last week. I know everyone here will send there best wishes and hopes (that is just the kind of people that are on this website) that things turned out well......thanks….. but they did not.

I do apologize to everyone on this website. I am currently going back through my paypal account and making sure that everyone has already gotten a refund, if not, I am sending them a paypal "gift" (no service fees) if it has been too long to issue a refund. I am almost done.

I am also shipping everything people ordered, on top of issuing the refunds. I feel this is the right thing to do. If you receive your plug and no longer need it, please find someone in need that can use it (a local LEO maybe). I have been going through and doing this first as it was my priority, now I am trying to catch up on emails and IMs.

hmmm...thought there was a feedback section for me to post in..............

I do not know if I will continue to sell my Plugs on here (along with the Molon Labe items) or not. I feel I have probably lost the trust of the users on this website (can't blame you). I will probably leave it up to everyone here to make that desicision. I also would like to continue being a active member of this sight, if that would be OK with everyone. If the consenses is that I am not welcome, I'll see if maybe I can donate my lifetime membership to the next giveaway. I may be coming down on myself harder them I should, been known to do that.

Anyone who would come back after this amount of time and handle things the way Desertfox has should hang around. I will probably order some more plugs in the near future.
