Hi Sweetheart! I'm glad you're feeling a little better and able to use something other than the most powerful addons you have to manage the pain.

Yep, better is good. Or at least better.

No, they don't inject anything except steroids anywhere near my chest! If the steroids didn't help I wouldn't let them be injected there either. Ouch! Dilaudid goes into a muscle, and they switch off which muscle they stick it in. I much prefer the larger muscles, if you catch my drift. My shoulder complains about any injections, plus the side effects seem worse when I get the injection there, although that may just be my perception.

Have a great time tomorrow! BTW, your son would beat me by default, since I wouldn't even go to the shooting range.

Yeah, now I'll be glad if I can stay that way for more than a day at a time. And I'll be really glad to get back to where they can cut my dose of Fentanyl back again. I was actually hoping I'd be back to that by now, but I seem to have made my chest really 'angry' with all the travelling.

I though that might be the case. Do you think it will be easier if it happens again? I doubt you can avoid facing it indefinitely.

Has your doctor suggested that you might get another round of steroid shots. They did do you a lot of good.

I'm doing a good job avoiding it so far. I went the back way around the compound again today when I saw one with a rifle from way up the road. I check now before I start down that road. Will it be easier? I don't know and don't care to find out.

Steroid WHATS?!?

Nope, no mention of another series of injections. My previous doc had said I should have a break in between them.

My physical therapist is still going real easy on me, mostly just gentle stretching and working with almost no resistance. He commented that I do some things in weird ways to compensate for a non-working chest, so I told him about how my last terrorist did a lot of occupational type therapy with me, especially in the last few months I was there. My current therapist agreed with me that that was probably the most beneficial thing he could have done for me.

They are just outside the front door of the Bunker.

Camilla thrive in southern Alabama. Our unseasonably warm winter has them blooming everywhere.

It's been warm here too. When we finished the goose hunt Saturday it was 75. We had fun. My son got the very first bird. There were thousands of them up there. Our group got 21 geese and ducks total.

At least I wasn't the one to say steroid shots this time. Oh crap!

Nothing Freudian about it. She speaks truly. My last terrorist was a bouncy little gal with the demeanor of a cheerleader.

She was evil. Pretty sure satan wouldn't stand a chance.

It seems we are waiting again as Wolfe has gone missing once again. Have you heard from her? We will just have to wait with your beautiful cat for her to return. She told me a couple of days ago that there was trouble on her base. I think she meant internet trouble or at least I hope she meant that.

Right now the gentle approach is probably the best but I doubt that will last. Once you have recovered to where you were before you started traveling your therapy will probably be more intense. The results of the occupational therapy were obvious the last time I saw you. You do some things in very strange ways now.

Why do you call it a bunker if you are in Alabama?

Congratulations to your son. Did you eat good?

She called him a terrorist the entire time he worked with her. He made her cry almost as often as her shrink did.

Psalm 37:39-40

King James Version (KJV)

39But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble. 40And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

I got an email from Lone_Wolfe. She said that their internet has been down and sporadic. She hasn't been able to get on GT at all.

My daughter was admitted to the hospital last night with pancreatitis. She is better this morning. I'd appreciate your prayers. She's 29. Too young for this poop.
