I asked my hubby tonight, "Why don't we drive over to the beach and watch it tonight?" He laughed and said, "Not in the traffic that will be there on a Friday night, and with "iffy" weather!" I agree!
We can see from here if it's not too cloudy. (Weather continues to get better.)
It's beautiful at night!

It's just one that I like enough to watch it over and over. I agree! A great period in time.

Space Shuttle Discovery is a go to launch.
We will be heading outside in a few minutes to watch it!

The launch was absolutely beautiful.
We could see the shuttle until it was about 336 miles out from Kennedy Space Center, and only could not see it at that point because it went behind
some clouds.
It was perfect!!
