I really just discovered Robbie Williams recently. He's no Frank Sinatra, but who the heck is? He's got a great voice none the less.

We had an awesome "date night" tonight!
At LEAST every other Saturday night is a standing date night for us. A dear friend and co-worker of mine ( our music teacher and her hubby...she's a former "hot red mama" from Rosie O'Grady's in downtown Orlando) perform at a restaurant in our (my hubby's) hometown.
We've lived here for "many years" now. I have worked here in my field and in the school district for a long time now; my family had a business here years ago, and my sister and her family have lived here since my parents bought the busines years ago.
SO, we know many people in the area.
LONG story to short, tonight, we ran into several people that we have known for many years.
We ran into my sister's best friends, and photographers of my oldest daughter's wedding. We haven't seen them since we purchased the pictures!
It's so nice to still live in an area where there is still a small town flavor....though it is quickly fading.
She kept hugging me, saying ....."I love love love you, Karen!" There is nothing like friends that have been friends for years and years!!!

I got a big orange tractor and a diesel truck
and my idea of heaven is chasing white tail bucks
and as a country boy I know can survive
now two flags fly above my land that really sum up how I feel.
One is the colors that fly high and proud
the red the white the blue
the other ones got a rattle snake with a simple statement made
Don’t Tread on Me is what it says and I’ll take that to my grave because this is me
I'm proud to be American and strong in my beliefs.
And I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again cause I've never needed Government to hold my hand
And I’ve said it before and but I’ll say it again cause my family’s always fought and died to save this land and a country boy is all I’ll ever be.
I love my country, I love my guns, I love my family, I love the way it is now, and anybody that tries to change it has to come through me, that should be all of our attitudes, cause this is America, and a country boys good enough for me, son.

I love this video. The songs great too. He tries to impress the girls by taking his clothes off and ends up taking his skin and intestines off/out. Weird, I know, but it's definately in his style  . Robbie Williams - Rock DJ
