We are having such perfect weather this weekend, and next weekend is predicted to be even more perfect.
Hubby and I just got home from a wonderful evening out. He has lived in our town since he was 5 years old, and since Disney moved in a FEW years ago, he's seen quite a bit of change in his time here. But every once in awhile, we stilll can find a place with the "small town" atmosphere, "where everyone knows your name".
An old gas station down town, quite quaint, has been renovated into a pizza sports bar, on one side, and a restaurant on the other. A good friend of mine and her husband perform there on Saturday nights. (She was once a "Red Hot Mama" from Orlando's Rosie O'Grady's for anyone familiar with the history of Downtown Orlando's night life.) The weather was great. The entertainment was awesome. Rosie O'Grady's has been open and closed off and on in recent years...I'm not even sure what the status is now. My daughter thought it was still open.  Cool place, though.
The food was good...and the company...old friends, even made a few new friends...AMAZING!!!

We all got together....we all hung out in a group of friends....GREAT group of friends!!!

He was...is... a friend of mine....his mom was my Sunday School teacher!
