My new girls... they're both very affectionate (clearly), and can keep me from typing for an hour at a time. Apparently they weren't just showing off at the shelter when we picked them out.
Eva's the white Siamese, she's got a little tabby in her, and Lily is the little gray tiger. Both prefer to ride "high" when it's cuddle time, rather than sitting on a lap. I'm a jello-spined nancy boy, because I'm absolutely powerless to say "Get down, not now..." whenever they hop up on me.

Eva' soooooo pretty. She can come live with me anytime, so could Lily.

I spotted this cat recently shopping at our local pet store. He was intently looking over the cat scratching posts when I spotted him. He could not take his eyes off them.
Can you identify this particular breed? He had a big long tail, and leopard like spots all across his arms. Most of his body was bare of fur, but he had an exceptionally long mane in spite of that.
I did not checkout the crotch to verify for certain if it was male or female. But due to the long mane, I assume that it is definitely a male.
What do you think? How would you classify this cat, if you came upon it while shopping in a pet store?
