What's the weight on the upper (with scope is fine)?
What's ASA? I'm not familiar with them.

ASA stands for American Spirit Arms, out of Arizona. They manufacturer a range of AR rifles and components.
The upper, with scope mounted is 8 lbs, 10 ozs.
