Plan on purchasing a Henry Mares Leg 22 tomorrow.
Anyone have any experience? I use some powderless agulia ammo around the house. Its really quiet.
I have always wanted a Henry lever action rifle. When I saw the mares leg at my LGS I just had to have it. It's small and can do everything the longer version can do. I am just getting it as a play gun.
Super excited!

So is that technically classified as a pistol?
If so, you should could get an IWB holster for it!

It is a pistol, so technically...if your pants were baggy enough...
But on a serious note, I saw some amazing leather leg holsters for these around Christmas. I was thinking of picking one up, but ended up going in a different direction.
If prices are still good around the summer, I may pick one up. Let us know how she shoots!

Quite a good review some months ago of the larger caliber versions as being an ideal utility gun for farmers.
