Really, really like this design. I'm rough on knives, but this one can take it.
Considering a 0350 now.

My only gripe is the sheath. It rattles something fierce. I "fixed it" with some moleskin but I'm looking for someone to make me a nice leather sheath anyways.

The knife wasn't blistering sharp with a pretty polished edge when I got but I haven't received a knife from anyone that met my expectations. That's what I have stones for right?

It is balanced beautifully and slices like a dream. Very comfortable in hand and light enough for EDC.

I've been carrying it since it arrived.

Really really like.

horray

I generally buy items used and on ebay. Most people are honest and I have never been cheated in quality or description.

How about a used Emerson Super Commander for under $60, delivered?

The blade was fine. Gosh! It was tough opening. Had to go out to the garage and get a flat edge screwdriver to loosen the screw. No sweat. A little silicon lube as well. Tested it - will fit in a large Benchmade soft bidirectional carry sheath.

Are you familiar with the amount of fakes sold on E-Bay?

Got any pics of the new knife?

Not fake. I was a dealer and have a number of Emersons - like paid $60 a piece new for CQC7s years ago. Even have Benchmade models.

The "buyer" reneged and I just happened to be the next highest bidder.

Oh, yeah, it has scratches on it. No nicks on the blade.

Can't tell by just a thumbnail. If you received a legitimate Emerson for $60 off of E-Bay you may want to consider playing the lottery more often. Congratz.
