Walmart is the highest volume seller of ammunition in the U.S by a long shot.

They are stored in a moisture controlled environment (40%) so I'm fairly confident they will be ok decades from now.

Where should I look to order/buy from? Wal-mart is all around, and I get huge discounts at Cabelas but I'm not sure if they are in the running for the best deals.

I didn't think it had enough energy from 100yds. to go clean through. I figured it'd penetrate but then bounce around inside the skull.

Expected results.

The .22 is a very underappreciated round. VERY lethal but not great 1 shot stopping power.

From what i understand, people fear a per round ammo tax. That, coupled with the inability to reload rimfires, will cause 22lr prices to skyrocket if a tax goes into place. That's just what I've gathered by talking to local gun store owners.
