I carry a Beretta Nano in a Galco Ankle Glove Lite when I wear a suit or go business casual. I would prefer IWB, but I feel less concerned about anyone noticing when I use the ankle rig.

Thankfully I don't have to go to Brooks Brothers for my work clothes anymore. I carried in a "suit and tie" environment for 20+ yrs. It was either a PPK or Jframe in a quality pocket holster or Thunderwear - depending on the cut of the slacks or type/size of the pockets. The problem with other types of carry (except belly band) is that while in the office the jacket always comes off. That eliminates all OWB and most IWB carry since you don't want to put the gun in the desk drawer. I never cared for the .25/.32 sized guns. If I needed the gun, I wanted a minimum punch that would work - with proper placement. The .380 PPK was my minimum gun - loaded with SuperVel (that goes back a LONG time) or CorBons. These days I'd be looking at Kahrs/Shield/XDs/Kel-Tec/Ruger/Sig. All in 9mm or .40 or .45. They're the size of my old PPK with more punch.

The bottom of the G17 grip sits just to the left of my large belt buckle.

I've carried my G27 in the Galco ankle holster for quite a while. I like it a lot!

For a suit, I'd wear a shoulder holster.

I started with Smartcarry, then moved to a Crossbread Supertuck. I occasionally use a tuckable Remora if the beltloops for a certain pair of slacks are not spaced right, but mostly I use the CBST. I usually am wearing dress slacks, shirt, and a tie (some days also get a jacket or suit). I've carried guns as small as a Keltec PF9 and as large as a G21, and a few inbetween.
My daily rig now is a G19 in a CBST at 3:30, and a Keltec P32 in weakside rear pocket. I modified the CBST slightly so it is invisible. I ordered the "J" hook instead of the standard metal clips. I then cut off the bottom of the J so that the holster just hangs on my slacks and my belt covers the hooks. My G21 is a little heavy and causes the slacks to sag a little too much, so most days I carry the G19.
There are occasions when I still need to use SmartCarry, and have no problems using that with my G19.

Under a suit or sports jacket, a Glock 36 in a Sparks Executive Companion or K.L. Null IWB holster and one or two spare magazines in a belt holder or jacket pocket.

When dressed in a way that requires a tucked in shirt with no cover garment I go with the Comp-Tac M-Tac and my g33. Combo works like very well. If I am wearing a cover I will most likely have the VM2 with the 1911.

Work is about the only place that I don't carry, but I do have an ankle holster if I want to.

Tucked in shirt and slacks I use an Action Direct Belly band for my Glock 23 or 27. Sometimes I just put a J frame in an Uncle Mikes holster and carry it in the right front pocket.
If I know I'm not going to be taking my suit coat off I sometimes carry a Glock in a Galco Slide Holster OWB.
I really like the belly band. Years ago I carried a Beretta 92SF
in it and never been made. The belly band is light, very thin, and the belt on your trousers help holds the weapon in place. I carry mostly t/o California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah
Pull the shirt up an inch and the pistol draw is smooth. I don't worry about re-holstering as I won't be putting it back in if I have to use the weapon to defend myself etc.
I own my own business so I do not worry about upsetting someone.

"superman carry" shoulder holster over T-shirt under dress shirt, suit coat.
Shoulder holster has been my go to carry anytime I am working in a suit. Sans the jacket it's still well hidden.

Kahr pm9 in a chestband under the left arm. Comfortable with no real chance of being made. Of I have to lose a button in a situation, so be it. More deep concealment than I would like, but they don't approve of ccw at work. Can't risk my normal carry of a g30sf in an Mtac, since it could be exposed with the wrong movement.

Unless you're an undercover cop or being inducted into the mafia, you aren't "made". That said, if your workplace doesn't prohibit carry, but you know they'd frown on it, t shirt or chestband holsters aren't a bad option for smaller guns.
