I just got an Osprey Aether 85.

Once I get it in, I'm going to take it to REI and test it with weight to make sure it fits right. If it doesn't, I'm going to get a Deuter Aircontact 75+10.

I want it big enough I can go for a week in the backcountry without needing resupply.

cant watch it some rights problem with youtube and because its from the US or whatever. Quite rare in Austria, quite common in Germany.
