If your muscles are sore, some people swear that fish oil supplements help reduce muscle soreness.

Thanks! I'm gonna do my best to do my best. I already take fish oil but , confidentially, Tylenol 3 with codeine works much better! Had one left over from the dentist and it's the only way I got any sleep the second night. Time is the real cure.
