Still working with "jump squats", pushups, barfmees, and oar pullups. Walk The Ghillie each day as well.

No workout, but I fasted 20 hours, which was kinda like a workout LOL. Man! I am out of shape on fasting. I used to eat every day on an intermittent fasting schedule (eating from 1 pm to 7 pm), but haven't in about a year.

Gym this afternoon. Bench presses and deads. Set a new PR deadlifting!

I know 195 Lbs isn't much for the Ahhhnolds on here, but I never thought I'd get this far.

Hey, 195 doesn't sound bad to me!

I used to be able to DL a decent amount, but I'm out of action on that due to cervical spine issues. Someday if I figure out how to deal with that, I'd love to give them another shot.

I think DL is the coolest of the coolest exercises. When you say you can DL 195, you really mean it. No fudging the DL. It either comes off the ground or it doesn't. No in between.

Hey man a PR is a PR. You should be proud. Frankly that's more than most of the fat asses in this country can lift.

Haha Mid 20s. Looking at it all at once makes it look worse than it is and besides this only phase 2. Phase 3 and 4 are when things get really crazy.

worked up to 405 for 2 on the dead lift. Other assorted leg things as well.

Workout at gym. No energy at all. Cut short my squats and pulldowns. First bad workout since I restarted Sept 1.
