G36 is my 1st Glock

I wasn't interested in Glocks until I read about this little beauty...This is the 1st one I've seen in stores in over 2 years and I snatched it up quickly...Love it...

It's my daily carry in a Crossbreed Supertuck. Great
combo. I carried a Colt 1911 for years. 7 + 1 was enough
for me in the military and as a cop. 6 + 1 with a spare
mag is fine for me retired.

Outstanding choice for a compact, light weight, .45 ACP pistol.

While it should eat anything .45 ACP...

American Eagle 230 gr ball is a good choice as it is loaded hotter (890) than std. training ammo (840).

For tactical ammo, a "+P" variety of either the 230 gr. PDX1 or Federal HST will give you 4.5-5" Bbl. std. pressure .45 ACP performance out of that 3.8" Bbl.


Beware, the Tarantula...!
